Justin Warner's Unique Ice Bucket Challenge Video

I am sure you have seen plenty of Ice Bucket Challenge videos, which are all over social media to raise awareness and money for the disease ALS.  Here is Justin Warner's unique Ice Bucket Challenge video where instead of just using water and ice, he uses "putrid" brackish water, dry ice, and rotten fish.

Justin was nominated by fellow Food Network Star contestant Martie Duncan, and he nominated Food Network Star judges Giada De Laurentiis, Bobby Flay, and Alton Brown.  I wonder if any of the judges will accept his challenge (or even know about it).

  1. I'd give my eyeteeth to see Giada get dumped on!

  2. As usual, Justin made his "challenge" all about himself instead of the cause. Go away, Justin. You're a punk.

  3. Forget ALS, we're probably going to be donating to Justin's hospital bills after he dumped all that crap on him...

And I agree (sorta) with Lucy that he botched it by not mentioning ALS or who he was donating to.

  4. It is no big loss. Watching RI has become akin to attending too many weddings......same script, different people. Dysfunctional owners and restaurant→tackey makeover→eventual failure.

  5. Why take it to this level...agree that he made it about himself instead of the cause. Just stupid. I know even more than before why he doesn't have his own show. However, I can think of one person worthy of having that putred mess dumped on himself--Lenny. FN, please do your own dumping of these two morons.

  6. How utterly stupid. Justin made this about him instead of the cause. No wonder he doesn't have his own show. How about dumping that putrid mess on Lenny...and, FN, about you getting busy and dumping both of these losers.

  7. Sorry, Lucy, I said the same thing you did. Not having a good morning.

  8. My, my! Aren't we literal?

  9. An Internet video is the closest he's gotten to having a show on FN.

  10. Don't be sorry. It can't be said often enough. Go away, punk.

  11. To say nothing of what their flood insurance must cost, post-Sandy.

  12. I can't believe how negative all of these comments are. Can't you all be happy for this family and wish them the best of luck. I live in a similar area but in northern Michigan and we welcome "mom and pops" places like this. It brings character to the community and brings visitors back for small town charm and personable service. I wish this family the best of luck and if I'm out that way sometime I'll make sure I stop and tell them I saw them on Restaurant Impossible. One comment for an addition. Put a couple of putting greens near the outdoor patio for those waiting on food so they can have a bit of fun while waiting. Knock'em dead !

  13. Loved this episode! I hope they are successful! The overall atmosphere looks great. I wish I lived close to there, because I would be there every week.

  14. Yeah, that is true.

  15. Wow, some people can't see the good in anything! So sad, negative. The place was done beautifully and for those who like it, good for you.

  16. Seven pounds of fish that Justin left in his car? How sad for those once vibrant creatures to sacrifice their lives for a silly prank. A great chef is ALWAYS respectful of animal and plant life. A line cook...not so much.

  17. RI is going down....down.....down. Look for it to be cancelled in the near future. FN is going down too. Only one show with multiple episodes shown each evening and a small stable of one trick ponies for on air talent. FN.......ain't no one got time for that!

  18. Oh me too! Of course she'd wear her fake smile throughout and probably her clingiest, most low cut shirt.

  19. He is very irritating. I don't at all get why he gets any air time on FN.

  20. He's such an arrogant prick. I can't stand him.
