Watch Marcela Valladolid Win A Car on 'The Price Is Right' in 2004

Back in 2004 (aired in 2005), Marcela Valladolid appeared on The Price Is Right and ended up winning a car on a game called 'That's Too Much.'  I asked Marcela back in January if video existed of the win, but at the time, I couldn't find any (I figured out the episode, but the video wasn't anywhere online).

Today, Marcela had a guest appearance on The Price Is Right, and the show released the video of her appearance almost 10 years ago.  If you were wondering about her chest after watching the video, Marcela said on her Facebook page, "excuse the pamela-anderson look but Fau was born just a few months prior"

The video of her appearance on the show is below:

But people aren't generally consistent enough for some things, like thinking to capitalize SEVEN. Note to SEVEN owners: Your sock puppet accounts need distinct personalities.

  2. Not unusual at all to see a televsion personality as a contestant on that show... Two wrestlers were also contestants on that show too......On Let's Make A Deal in the 70s.., one of the regular bit players on the Three Stooges shorts appeared as a contestant, Monty Hall didn't recognize him at all.

  4. I totally agree with you! They're selling anyway, so they won't be the owners for long.

  5. Id love to say more have a pretty scathing opinion but have to live in the "neighborhood" so I'm gonna keep er tame. I have a picture of their restaurant in my office with a sharpie imbossed Tombstone on it if you get my drift.

  7. It wouldn't be the first time owners used an RI makeover to up the "curb appeal." But frankly, from what I've seen, I doubt the owners could keep it open anyway. When you put your totally untrained 19 year old in charge of the kitchen, you're begging to fail. Whatever happens to the restaurant, I hope that kids find his own way.

  8. I live three hours away outside of Indianapolis. I had previously lived in laporte and was excited to see that they were on the show. I had plans to drive there to sample this "new" restaurant. I am frustrated that the owners used the Food network and the local community support to prepare their business to sell. I'll never eat there now-- but it sounds as if the business will not be open long any way. Overall disappointing.

  9. As usual, RI turns a local eatery into an upscale place with smaller portions and higher prices. Most towns can't afford these kind of places. Only once has Robert down scaled a place after doing market research.

Almost all the places have cheeseburgers. Fine, but who wants to pay upscale prices for a cheeseburger? Also without a real Chef how can ANY restaurant hope to succeed.

Another annoying thing, on earlier shows Robert actually showed the owners how to fix specific problems like costing, staffing, food prep, purchasing, etc. so if one ran a restaurant he or she could learn from the show. Now its just the drama of clueless idiots who shouldn't be in the business moaning about their problems and how mean Robert is.

  10. I am formerly from LaPorte and the drama surrounding this restaurant amazes me. Why are people being so personal about this? So many seem so hateful. It is a restaurant people. I live in a suburb on the East coast and I don't give a crap about who owns the establishments where we eat. If I like the food in an establishment they get repeat business from me if I don't like it I don't go back. We did eat at Seven while visiting family when they first opened and it was your typical Midwest mom and pop food, perch, prime rib, burgers, etc. I am actually sad I may not get a chance to try out the new menu as the it seems to be more up my alley. After seeing this small town drama unfold, I'm not sure I would trust all of the negative reviews. Personally, I prefer to form my own opinions and when it comes to LP this is one of the few interesting places so why not. It seems as though there are some personal issues between people who have way too much time on their hands? Not sure why selling is a big deal either. Per the episode they were $160,000 in debt and I would wage to say that is just the property. Not sure how much the liquor licenses run in Indiana, but add that. The owners said they were operating in the negative 4-5k/month and at the time of the show that would put them at 18 months then, 20 now, which equals on the high end $100,000. Lets just say the liquor license was 20k, their debt as of now is roughly $280,000. I can totally understand listing the place if business hasn't pushed them to either break even or put them in profit mode. That is simple business, not a personal profiteering effort, heck I cringed hearing the owner say he has a lien on his home because the SBA provides loans for start ups without requiring collateral. I really hope they listen to Irvine and hire a real chef. They simply can't compete in this kind of business today unless they have a real one. Menus need to change frequently to keep guests coming back.

I also hope that this community starts supporting community. It is to small of a town to wage war on one another. Peace!

  11. My wife and I went the first day after the opening. The oven was broke, and it seemed that everything we had was nothing more then left overs that were re-heated in a microwave. The "New" wings were awful, and I informed the waitstaff and the reply I received as "Oh OK' then when I got my main-course which was their meat loaf with mashed potatoes it was truly the worst I had ever had. My wives meal was just as bad. We left over half of the food on the plates, paid our bill and vowed to never return.

  13. Based on the current reviews I have to wonder if they went right back to the old method of preparing the dishes and that is why service seems bad? These guys appear to be able to knock the ball out of the park when it comes to cooking for one or a few people but when they get too many at one time it sounds like they fail. What a shame to have so much talent yet you cannot deliver. Asking customers (in a sense) to see past your short-comings because the wait is worth it (fantastic meals) just won't work in the restaurant business. If Chuck and his mom's recipes are that good perhaps he should advertise for apprentice cooks who get to learn while working side-by-side with him and get paid once they can recreate his dishes to alleviate the pressure by adding more employees so the service-side grows stronger?

  16. I'm sorry your business suffered during the filming of this episode. Really, RI should never have even gone out there. Those people didn't deserve a $10,000 make-over.

  17. It is interesting to me (I watch the show frequently and was SURE to see it this time due to being so close to home) how many people think they can have NO EXPERIENCE and just go in and run a restaurant!! The fact that this woman thought her 19 yr old could handle the kitchen because he took some culinary training in high school says a LOT! I have heard through the grapevine that the owners ARE the problem and will continue to be so.

  18. Interesting that the comments from Seven staff in response to the sale listing are filled with the same excessive use of exclamation points and CAPS as the positive reviews you noted.

  19. As a central Marylander, I'm a little surprised that two Black, and gay, guys could make it in a business like a restaurant in that neck of the woods. Hagerstown has come a long way apparently. Good for them - or at least some of them. I hope the guys find continued success.

and would have to say that the best clam chowder we have yet. Love
the new look and there staff was on top of thing the whole meal. Forsale or not there still open and serving great food with a smile.

  28. Huh, according to google, their site uses robots.txt. Why is that? Scrubbing bad reviews would be the only reason, but they can't scrub other sites.

    My gosh, so filthy.
