Pisac Peruvian Bistro - Restaurant Impossible

On this week's episode of Restaurant: Impossible, Aaron Sanchez, Jen Agg and their team are in Toronto, Ontario to makeover Pisac Peruvian Bistro.  Aaron and Jen think the restaurant food quality is not good enough and that they are cutting corners which is impacting their dishes.

As I normally do with Restaurant: Impossible episodes, I searched around the Internet to read stories, comments and reviews about Pisac Peruvian Bistro to get an idea of how the restaurant is doing since Restaurant Impossible visited, and the restaurant has already closed.

Pisac Peruvian Bistro closed in May 2026, so this recap will be a little different with only the links below.

• On May 30th, 2026, the restaurant posted the following message on their Instagram page, "After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our restaurant. This was not an easy decision. We poured our hearts into Pisac and took great pride in sharing our food, culture, and hospitality with the community. We are incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and friendships we have experienced since opening six years ago during such a challenging time. Serving this community has been an honor, and we thank every customer who walked through our doors, shared a meal with us, and became part of our story. Today will be our final day of service. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our journey. We will cherish the memories and connections we made along the way."

• The reviews were actually pretty positive.

Conclusion:

Pisac Peruvian Bistro closed in May 2026, before their Restaurant Impossible episode even aired.  The reviews for the restaurant actually seemed positive and they were open for six years before deciding to close.
